As a business leader Keith was an active participant in relevant Industry
Associations. Over the last five years he has worked in a number of
organizations promoting the need for a coherent transport policy at both
the Federal and Provincial levels.

• Keith was a founding member of the Southern Ontario Gateway
   Council and a member of the Executive.

• Keith and Wayne Smith, Director Marketing, Seaway Marine Transport
   co-founded the Ontario Marine Transportation Forum and Keith was
   recently elected Chairman of the Forum

• Member of the Ontario-Quebec Continental Gateway and Trade Corridor
   Private Sector Advisory Committee

• Chair of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee
   for five years

• Currently Chair of the Transportation Committee of the Canadian
   Chamber of Commerce

• Director of the Chamber of Marine Commerce and the Chair of the
   Canadian delegation to the Association of American Port Authorities,
   an organization representing Port Authorities throughout the
   American Continent.
